shiftkaro.in is operated by ShiftKaro. ShiftKaro is an online platform that provides moving-cost information and connects customers with independent packers and movers ("partners"). ShiftKaro is not a moving company and is not a party to any contract between you and a partner.

2. Estimates are indicative

Calculator results are indicative ranges based on pricing rules configured by ShiftKaro. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees. The final price, scope, schedule and terms are agreed directly between you and the partner.

3. Partners

Partners are independent businesses responsible for their services, staff, vehicles, pricing, insurance, permits and conduct. Listing a partner, or marking it "Verified by ShiftKaro", is not an endorsement or guarantee of service quality. Please satisfy yourself before booking — check the written quote, inclusions and liability terms.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information in enquiries.
Submit enquiries only for yourself or with the permission of the person concerned.
Do not misuse the site, submit spam, scrape data or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShiftKaro is not liable for loss or damage arising from services provided by partners, including damage to goods, delays, pricing disputes or cancellations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law
